Welcome to Carpanalli. We take pride in delivering high-quality furniture crafted with care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered within the last 7 days.

  • The product is unused, unassembled (unless defective), and in its original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items that have been assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.

  • Do not discard packaging until your claim is reviewed.

After verification, Carpanalli will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund, including any delivery charges (where applicable).


3. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • You must request a return within the eligible return window.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Large furniture items may require professional pickup service arranged by Carpanalli, and associated fees may be deducted from your refund.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@carpanalli.in

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Full name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos

We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Carpanalli reserves the right to deduct:

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable)

  • Costs related to damage caused after delivery

  • We offer 7 days return if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Exchange/Replacement Deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@carpanalli.in.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped or entered production.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once they're shipped.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built furniture

  • Personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.
