1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order items may require 2–6 weeks for production before shipment.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carpanalli reserves the right to extend processing times during peak seasons, sales events, or due to supply chain disruptions.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and product type:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Large Furniture Freight Delivery: 7–10 business days

• International Shipping (if applicable): 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated:

• At checkout, based on your location, or

• As a flat rate (if applicable), or

• Free for qualifying orders.

For oversized furniture items, additional freight charges may apply.

All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. International Shipping

If Carpanalli ships internationally:

• Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees.

• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

5. Furniture Delivery Conditions

Large furniture items may be delivered via third-party freight carriers.

Please note:

• Delivery is typically curbside only, unless white-glove service is purchased.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the item fits through doorways, elevators, and hallways.

• Someone must be present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect the item.

If delivery fails due to customer absence or access issues, redelivery fees may apply.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or Mobile SMS.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide photographs of the item and packaging.

If your order is significantly delayed or lost:

• We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Carpanalli is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Carrier disruptions

• Incorrect address information was provided by the customer.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost shipments.

• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

10. Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery (without a valid damage claim):

• Return shipping fees and restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.
